While house hunting, I selected Debbie because of her knowledge of the local market but was immediately impressed with all she and her agency had to offer. Debbie gave us personal attention, listening to and understanding every detail of our needs. She provided continuous listings and recommendations but was not pushy. Debbie was spot on with communication and even made sure we were able to see houses while she was out of town. She is a top notch professional and made us feel like we were her most important clients. Honestly, we thought it would be much more difficult to find a house within our budget and requirements, but with Debbie’s help with every step along the way, we found a home and closed in only a few weeks! Nicole Clark is amazing. Highly recommend. The property was high end and on the market for a bit. We wanted someone with local expertise but it was hard to find. Nicole was excellent from the first moment we met her. Once we retained her - it sold really quickly. She was responsive professional and knew exactly how to market effectively in the area. Really pleased by her advice and expertise. GEM!

I have been working with Connie Seagraves to find a new home since she assisted in selling my previous one. Seven ( yes- 7!!) years later I found “the one “ and just closed on it! Connie was patient and very flexible in setting up showings for me. She guided me throughout the closing process to make it as smooth as possible.
